With the acceptance of the physical or digital documents, students expressly allow their personal data, necessary and not excessive, including the images that can be collected, to become part of our files, in accordance with the provisions of the Organic Law 15/1999, on the Protection of Personal Data. In order to manage the enrolment and monitoring of the training program chosen by the student, they also expressly authorize, or not, our school to make use of their data with the aim of informing them of our offer of training programs and other educational activities that may be of interest to them through any electronic means.

The student agrees that we can make use of their image on our own website and in other media, in order to promote the activities and initiatives of our School. If you do not want us to use your image or your data for commercial purposes, please let us know by sending us an email at this address: academy@eneb.com 

In case the student is included in our job placement or business internship program, the data will be transferred to the entities collaborating in these employment programs with the consent of the student to the use of their data.

The only recipients of this information will be ESCUELA DE NEGOCIOS EUROPEA DE BARCELONA - INTERNACIONAL S.L. and UNIVERSIDAD INTERNACIONAL ISABEL I DE CASTILLA as well as all the personnel, internal or external collaborators and other professionals of the ENEB who need the access to the personal data in order to successfully fulfil their obligations and attend students.
