MBA & Master in Human Resources Management

INTRODUCTION

The dual  degree MBA & Master Human Resources Management is intended for students who want to get a comprehensive vision of all company departments such as Finance, Operations, Marketing, Sales and Commerce, and combine it with the knowledge related to the Human Resources area, acquiring the ability to lead and manage it.

The dual degree MBA & Master in Human Resources Management enables you to hold any management position in a company departments of Marketing, Finance, Human Resources, Operations and General Management and Human Resources Director, Selection Technician, Training, Development and Management of Personnel.

ADMISSION

To access any of our Master’s programs, applicants must meet the following requirements:

• Students holding a degree certificate.
• Students currently studying for a graduate degree or equivalent higher education tittle.
• Foreign students having an equivalent degree documented.
• Professionals that already have a recognized position in the field.

At the end of your studies, you will earn four certifications issued by ENEB Business School and Universidad Isabel I:

- MBA - Master of Business Administration

- Master in Human Resources Management

- Diploma in Expertise in Coaching and NLP

- Spanish for Business Program

All our training programs come with an optional Spanish for Business Program, which will allow our students to succeed in an international working environment. In case the student does not follow the program, they will earn a triple degree.
